Meet the Cattle Behind the Calves

Every calf we sell is the product of two animals we know inside and out. Here are the bulls, cows, and pairings that make up our breeding program.

Genetics matter

Why We Test Every Animal

A miniature Highland is not just a small Highland — it’s a Highland whose parents were carefully selected to produce smaller, sound, healthy offspring. We test for the chondrodysplasia (“bulldog dwarfism”) gene and PHA, and we don’t pair carriers with carriers.

That’s how we make sure every calf you bring home is genetically sound — with size, color, and temperament you can actually predict.
